Last night.
I left work and then went out with Tom. We were going downtown with M'ris to get tickets to Idlewild. FINALLY, M'ris gets there and we leave for town. Three hours, some record stores, one empty-tasting waterice and a parking ticket later we left. When we got back to Tom's we hungout outside with the 'glowbugs' and mosquitoes for a while. I now have 78 bites on me. Then we went out back by the bugzapper after Rachel appeared. I don't think it helped any. When we finially decided what to do (movie watching) we piled in to Tom's (Alex's) car and headed to TLA video. After Wayne's World and the newest Cosmo I decided I didn't feel like going home so I stayed at Tom's. THANK YOU FOR DRIVING ME TO WORK THIS MORNING TOMAS.
Tom isn't a real person in the morning. He kinda mopes around after his alarm has gone off twice (I'm normally up before my alarm) and he really isn't Tom until about an hour after he wakes up.

On a seperate note that I've been meaning to blog...
I've been thinking back about a few things and I've found that I almost miss high school. Not school itself but certain things about it that I will never have a chance to participate in again. Honestly, the most obvious example that I've come up with and the easiest to understand isn't really for public consumption but I'll try and explain.
Things that I've always wanted to do, things that everyone looks forward to, have become a permanent part of my past and I find that instead of reveling in the fact that I've done them, I find myself dissapointed that I can't do them again. This gets added on to my negative outlook on things that I actively try to make positive. The thing is, I don't see where it went from being something I enjoyed to something that was almost painful to think about because of the fact that I won't be in the same situation again. I mean, it wasn't something that will be lost from me forever but in the context of high school, it will be. I can't really pinpoint it.

Oh well, this is getting really cryptic and foolish to think about. I'm happy with what I've had and I look forward to my next journey.
