Liz: I think the speech simply should have been "Hi. I'm George. I'm a douchebag. Gays suck, foreigners suck, we're going to kick all your ass [sic]. P.S. We have no money."

Quite concise.

Hey! I'm all for preserving the sanctty of marriage! yeah, that sounds like a good idea! Hmmm, wait, seems like everything I'm saying people don't really like, so I'll talk about drugs...yeah, that's it...and maybe if I talk about how bad they are people won't notice that it looks like I've been playing the State of the Union Drinking game with myself!

sorry...it really did look like he was high a few times, though.
