Anyway, the award goes to the Pomegranate: the strangest fruit in all of existence. I see no evolutionary benefit of having any traits of the pomegranate and yet... they're so good! Like a ton of little cranberries all wrapped up in some strange filmy stuff that has no use and doesn't taste very good.
