There seems to be a little flame war going on at the TypePad forums. Although MUCH more tame than some flame wars I've seen, this one orbits the topic of including copyrighted works (specifically pictures) on a non-profit blog and what kind of rights you should or shouldn't have to obtain from the author.

The first post in the arguement starts here and eventually continues in a seperate thread here. It's an interesting topic and then once the topic gets boring, it's pretty funny to watch the stubbornness of some people.
