ecto goes final

Ecto, everyone's favorite blogging tool (for Windows), has hit 1.0 after quite some time in beta and even more time in alpha. The Dev Log has been moved to this location where it will sit with updates about ecto (Mac) as well. Ecto plays nicely with the 'Blog This' feature in the newest beta version of FeedDemon and hopefully that will be rolled in to a final release some time soon.
