With better days in sight...

September 22, 2004

Y'know what I like to do before I leave on trips? Instead of leaving my computer on and seeing who's around when I get up in the morning, I like to just turn everything off the night before and sleep one night in the cricket-filled pseudo-silence. No white noise like fans or a hard drives. I like to isolate myself from most people I know and travel in my most logical and least emotional state. It's my own defense against my completely irrational fear of flying.

See ya, Philadelphia. I'll be back in a few.

"someone had loaded the 20 year-old film on to the reel-of-life and everything outside looked washed out" - that is such a good description!

p.s. Did I mention yet that the redesign is absolutely fabulous? One of the best I've seen.
