This Life is a Movie

November 20, 2004

I have a passion for the dramatic.
It's tough to explain, really. It's like subconcious preperation for the realization that every minute of your life is in fact being televised. I suppose I can even blame my obsesion of listening to music while I walk or travel on it since it's got a very typcial scene-ish feel to it. It makes me want to create something that people appreciate. Be it film or music or design or perl. That's the motivation I'd been searching for when I was back in Philadelphia. It's nice to have it back.

Speaking of film and working on something that people appreciate, all these shows at Stanford have me nostalgic over acting again. It seems like I'm headed back towards the days and weeks that pass like minutes because you're so busy but everything is worth it. Not a moment is wasted. One way or another, I'm going to have to find a way to become a Stanford "student."

It was a calm Saturday. I worked on some projects and got caught up on the lives of some friends. Tomorrow should be a good day as well. Off to sleep...
