Children of the Mind - Done

December 11, 2003

Another OSC book finished. This one included a little more philsophy intermingled with the scifi-yness but I really liked it. The concept of going In and Out and how simply it was found still bothers me (not really the concept itself but, unlike many of his other bits and peices of new technology, this one had no scientific backing that he mentioned at all) but you get used to it after a while. I actually have to go out and get my next book. Who knows if I'll wait until after the holiday or not.
The real question is... what am I going to read after I'm done this series? I'm not terribly fond of pure philosophy or pure sci-fi. The mix of the two is what I really like.

I'm going out to see Laramie tonight! Go Players!
